Well, Wednesday is the day I weigh in, so here it is, the good, the bad and the ugly.
So YaaaY, I am down 10 pounds!!!
I started working out again this week and it feels great.
Very Short term goal, hope I am below 200 by next week.
Short term goal, Fit into my black dress comfortably for all the Christmas parties coming up starting Dec. 5,6 and 13.
Long term goal, To be at my goal and a "hottie" by my 30th birthday Aug. 2004
Another drive for me is that my mom who is also very overweight is coming (with my dad) to stay with us for the winter (we live in Fl. they live in Il.) and help me with the kids so I can work. I want to lose enough weight to inspire her to start the weight watchers program too. I am concerned about her health and future.
It is good to have goals!!!
