I took a belly dancing class as well and it totaly helped my stomach muscles!! And it was so much fun[:D]. I am on week 4 of the South Beach diet and working out and I feel really good!! I have so much more energy and I can't believe it but I've lost 9 lbs. I wasn't really trying to I wanted to tone upa buch as I am love handle queen but.....anyway, With all those intense workouts Michelle I don't think a Corona is anything!!!! Goodluck ladies!!!

oohhh belly dancing is soo much fun. I thought it was sorta funny at first but after doing it for awhile and finally getting everything to move the way its supposed to it is a blast.
Hehe though I can only do it when the hubby's not around or I end up in trouble [:I]

Erin-you are a riot. I think my DH would even spring for belly dancing lessons! Good suggestion, Mada and Erin.

I have a friend who's husband wants to put a stripper pole in their basement. He keeps telling his wife that it would be a good workout.....
