Status: Mom and Baby stayed in hospital till the 7th mainly because he had jaundice and a slight heart murmur that fixed itself.

Notes from Mom:
First daughter was 36wks due to Pre-e and weighed in at 5lbs 2oz and 18in. Had a ton of Mag with her(hated it) barely remember lots of details. With my son, I had mag as well but a very low dose, it wasnt near as bad and I recall everything that happened[:)].

We are both home now and getting use to being awake alot..lol... and Wyatt is having to get use to being kissed alot by *BIG* sister Whitney (she is sooo protective over him already)

I am so glad to have found this web site this time around, it really helps to know you have someone to talk to that knows what you are going through without havign to try and explain it to them.

Baby boy Evan Matthew was born on 10-21-03 @3:29am to Sean 37 and Denise 32 of Marietta, GA. He is 5lbs 6 oz and 19 inches long born at 35 weeks, mom was induced due to PIH/PE. During labor mom had a placental abruption and Baby spent 8 days in the NICU with premature lungs and on a respirator, severe jaundice and infection. He is now healthy and happy. Moms BP still high and on meds.

Scary birth came close to loosing baby.

Thanks for this web site. Thank goodness I followed your advice which is why I think my baby is here today.
