Thank you! - she definitely is a big help... like I say to others, at times too much! Girls her age usually want to play "mommy" - she'll take on the helper role and really does help though- it's definitely an adjustment for all of us... But more than anything she very genuinely loves her new brother [:)]

Just wanted to post again. I had my first check up with my "OB". My BP was up a bit at 150/80. Still did not feel well either the past couple days. The Dr. said immediately he thought it was anxiety; I said no. I wasn't feeling that way at all - I've been tired and stressed more than anything, anxiety comes on mostly at night when I'm not feeling as well though. Well he did add to be sure and follow up with my primary dr. in a couple weeks.
I guess that's all I can do. Just hoping I start returning to my low bp soon ~ low 100's/60's-70's! Here's to hoping & prayer :)

Well, I'll be agreeing with you in prayer. YOu know what I've found that really helps to bring my BP down, it's to take a couple of slow deep breaths. it's funky, i can take my bp and then do the breathing and take it again and it makes like a 10 pt. difference. Just thought I'd share that with you.
