Is it perhaps called "Pigmentary Mosaicism"? Although, the description of what it looks like is not what Yoni has, PM can cause seizures and mental retardation. We had a thorough battery of tests done in the fall to confirm the diagnosis and also confirm that he has an exceptionally mild form of the disease.

I am actually rereading your posts, and it really doesn't match the description. Pigmentary Mosaicism is where pigment is missing in sections of the skin (and it follows a pretty distinct pattern from what we were told and shown).

I hope that it is truly nothing. This is probably a very nerve wracking time, waiting to confirm what it actually is. Good luck!
