Hi all! I have a question, with the extra water weight from the pre-e and the pregnancy pounds to begin with, has anyone had a REALLY hard time getting it off? I lost about 55 automatically after Caitlyn was born but I believe I gained close to ninety all together with the pre-e and the pregancy pounds. -new mommy here, needing to get back down to a semi-normal weight before pregnancy number 2. Open for any suggestions.

Shannon Mommy to Caitlyn Elizabeth 30 weeks, 3 days born (8/26/2003) early due to PE, IUGR, HELLP syndrome, premature rupture of membranes

It took me 4 years to finally lose all the weight I gained from my first pregnancy (and I had another pregnancy on top of it)

What finally did it for me was actually following a diabetic diet and moving to diet soda.

I now weih 5-10lbs less then I did before I had my first child and am 60lbs lighter then I was at my heaviest. Though, I want to lose another 20-30 lbs but its now at the really hard stage!

There is a weightloss thread in this same forum that has some good ideas and support. It is a struggle for many of us!
