Hear, hear!

I wish I had caught this sooner, but I'm glad to see your recovery is going okay. I had mine removed in January as more of an emergency situation, which was no fun, but recovery isn't too bad, as Im sure youre finding out now. :)
Take care of yourself and I hope you are well!
I'm with you on the no more surgeries or doctors comment!

Ann Marie-

I'm so sorry that you've had such a rough go of things! [xx(] I hope you get feeling better soon. That's great that you were home in time for your first Mother's Day, although it sounds like it wasn't all that fun. I agree - no more doctors or surgeries!!

Wishing you a speedy recovery,

Hi All,

Thanks for posting for me Nancy. Yes recovery was not fun. Threw up basically all day Saturday, but I was discharged on Sunday in time for my first Mother's day. It's good to be home. I'm quite sore and still a bit queasy, but getting better each day. I'd take 2 c-sections over 1 gallbladder surgery:) Thanks for all your thoughts, prayers and healing vibes:) Here's to no more doctors or surgerys!!!

Hey Guys,

I thought I would update for Ann Marie until she is up to posting. She was very sick after she woke up from surgery and had to stay in the hospital a few days longer than expected. She is home now and recovering.

Take care, Ann Marie and get better soon. Love your guts!

Ann Marie,

I hope that everything went well with your surgery!

I had mine out about a month after Maggie was born. Compared to everything that had happened with Maggie and the c-section, I thought the gallbladder was a piece of cake. I actually drove myself up to the NICU where Maggie was later the same day after having my GB removed (don't know if I'm actually bragging about that or not...). I know everyone is different, but I hope that you're recovery is quick and uneventful, too!

Let us know how things are going!

Hugs,
