Okay ladies...
I am not joking here...Does anyone know how to get play-doh off of a carpet?

There's this stuff called 'goo gone' which, when used sparingly (if you let it get too deep, it'll pull the carpet threads out) will work for just about anything they manage to get in the carpet.

Seems like there's another way- I just woke up and can't think! [;)]

Hey Mada, do an on-line search. I bet Heloise or someone has an indea. We got hardwoods-that solved our problem!

Did you know Crisco takes crayon off walls?

My mom teaches preschool at home, so, unfortunately, she is no stranger to things like this. She has something similar to what Laura suggested. It's called "Desolvit", and gets things like gum, play dough -- you name it -- out of anything. It's safe to use on skin and hair, so I'm sure it would be fine on carpet.

Good luck, Mada!

OH, my, I swear by that magic eraser!!! Awesome indeed! I will use one a week just walking around wiping off the walls, effortlessly!! Hey anything that can save my elbow grease, I am game!!

And the fridge....my fav spot to use it. Has those little grooves that you can never get clean enough....not a problem with this!

Since we are on the topic....I LOVE clorox wipes! My kids can clean with them. My boys use it to wipe down the toilet (and floor) when they...ahem...aim???
