No 2 yr molars yet?

Is this normal for a 2-2 1/2 yr old not to have their 2 yr molars in yet? Gabrielle has yet to get hers in and am getting worried.

Ella is two and a half and hers *just* started poking through. She's been working on them for a couple of weeks, but they aren't nearly in all the way yet. She'd started gnawing her fingers and jamming them in the back of her mouth which prompted me to look. I'm ashamed to admit that I don't even know when Nicolas' cut though, but he's got them now! LOL. Has she been to the dentist yet? We took Ella this past summer. It was no more than a look and a brush, but it made me feel like we were on track all the same.

Mason still does not have his and although he has been chewing on his fingers a lot, there is still no sign of the teeth! He is almost 2 1/2 and he has lots of friends about the same age who still don't have their molars either.

Jaden didn't even get his first tooth until he was 15 or 16 months. I remember posting here sure he would never have teeth. lol. But, he does. And then he became a biter. But that's a whole other issue. We also started dentist visits around two.

Alexander doesn't have his 2 year molars yet. My kids are late teethers (Jonathan at 13 months has only 2 teeth). The dentist said she isn't worried because although textbook says 2, in reality it's 2-3 years. If he still doesn't have them at 3, she will do xrays just to be sure there are no problems. It's normal to worry...Heck, I only know about this since I worried and asked the dentist :)

Holly will be 3 in two months and I haven't seen any signs of her two year molars. She's also been late for all of her teeth.
