Really, you can translate this as: "The math, it is hard." We can pick out people who could be described as reasonably likely to get sick, with things, but picking out the ones who are *definitely going to have SGA babies with PE* is easier than picking out the ones who *are going to have IUGR babies* and even so it's not all that easy -- they can pick out around 2/3rds of 'em. Which means it's sort of a screening test, sort of.
