Update: a very gracious and all-out wonderful member of our forums and her husband have generously donated to make a DVD of the Patient Symposium possible! As I have not spoken to her yet to see how she feels about being named, she will remain anonymous for now. We are SO grateful and excited to have copies available for anyone who is unable to attend.
