That was an interesting article Laura. So I guess since I am from very near the Equator (okay, the Equator runs through Kenya), I have the normal gene where I most probably needed it to retain a lot of salt. Come over here where the population has the mutated gene since there is a lot of salt and I am lost. From the article, my gene allows me to retain too much salt and if I am like your typical person in North America I am eating way too much of it already. LOL
