We have been very aware of the process that the UK group, Action on Pre-Eclampsia, undertook to develop guidelines. We really want to applaud them because we know from personal experience how challenging that venture was. Kudos in particular to their head there, Mike Rich. We hope to use this as a starting point with our own doctors. It should be noticed that there are some significant points of difference in terms of treatment between the USA and the UK (we cannot say which is better) so unfortunately, it isn't as simple as our adopting their guidelines (wish it were) but it is a huge thing for them and we want to acknowledge all of their hard work.
