Yes, it's that multi-factoral business that causes all the trouble, isn't it? It's almost as if pre-eclampsia is the body's response to any and all anomalies during pregnancy. Screening for all these things are fine, but it never seems to get us closer to a cure.

I saw that, and of course we asked Capt. to comment on it, because, well, that's what she does when she tears herself away from us- she studies chlamydia. I think she said something to the effect that just about everyone is exposed to that at some point:
