On the road to TTC

I wasn't sure where to put this message so I chose here. Today I made an appointment with a clinic in North Carolina to have my tubal ligation reversed. I am very excited about the prospect, but not getting my hopes up just yet. My tubal reversal will take place in October, that should leave me plenty of time to meet with a new ob/gyn (my sister's) and see a perinatologist. I feel very hopeful that I will be pregnant within a year, I have no issues with getting pregnant it is with staying pregnant. Am I scared? Oh yes, but looking at the positive side that this time, nine years later, I will make it through my pregnancy and have my own baby.

Good luck with the surgery...Don't get upset or let down if they are only able to reconnect one tube. I only have one tube reconnected and it worked just fine...

You will also need to give yourself a few cycles to get back on track but I'm sure I will chat with you before you leave for Dr. Berger... I'm so excitied for you!!!!
