Cell phone carrying and decreased sperm count

As I am getting even more crabby now about not having O'd yet this month (today is day CD 23 I think), I am continuing to try to keep my sense of humor.

Just so I can hold my DH at least partially responsible for us not conceiving yet again this month (if this is the case), I just heard this on the evening news about decreased sperm count:

Heard that if a man carries his cell phone at his waist, his sperm count is decreased by 30%.

So those of you TTC who have hubbies who use cells, check with them to find out where exactly they are being carried the majority of the time.

Holy cow, how funny. I don't see how that could be possible. Seems like there could be some other trait because EVERY single man I know carries his phone on his waist! including my dh and heck we got prego on the first try! I hope its not true of course!

Ok Ladies...

have your DH drink Protein Shakes... It does increase the counts (maybe it will offset cell phone decreases!)

:). I guess all this talk may have done it. I may have finally O'd 3 days ago.

I'll be posting back here in approximately 2 weeks either with the announcement of a ++ or requesting some protein shake recipes!!

You have got to love men, my DH is actually married to his cell phone, I am his mistress[;)]! When he saw that report on the news, he looked extremely pale, and we are not even TTC[:p]. Such a Guy, you've gotta love 'em[:)].

Oh, Anne. So I'm not the only "mistress"...

(How is little Parker doing these days?)

I told my DH about this cell phone issue and he looked very concerned and then said, "Well, then, where is it suggested I carry it?!", as if he just couldn't figure out another solution.

Our men...
