During the two week wait, I have cramping all the time, and all other kind of ubiquitous symptoms.
I don't think that one can really attribute any of these to predicting whether there is a viable pregnancy. could also just be PMS. So, I just stopped ignoring these "signs" until it is time for a pregnancy test.
