Well we just got back from the Dr. and I do mean we just walked though the door. Got some good news to share. My Dr.s last name is Weiner. I am sure there is a joke in there somewhere. But none the less this guy wrote a few books on what meds are safe during pg. And according to his findings his preffered method of controlling high bp is LABETALOL!! Which I have been on since Carly was born. I am also on Methyldopa right now and he says it is not as good as some obgyns claim. Cause it is old and all that. And with the two together it is a weird combo. So I called my Cardo dr to see if we can go off the Methyldopa and switch to a Calcium Blocker Nifipedine. So Yippee! We looked at my history and we are gonna to the big blood test where they take 15 viles of blood to check for everything from Lupus to Protein levels. So hopefully if everything comes back normal there we will be placed on a good level for having another baby. Yeah will be at a higer risk then someone who doesn't have high bp. But if we can get the number down I will have a small risk of something really really going wrong. His thinking is that we can make it to 40 weeks. Just think we can make it an will not have to worry ourselves into a problem. So a few more weeks of tweeking my meds and we are off to BDing!!!
