When did you start lovenox, heparin and/or lda

I just had an appointment with my MFM and she said that they want me to start heparin and low dose aspirin when I find out I'm 8 weeks along. I haven't been given the green light to try again just yet but this is the plan. I know that many studies seem to think preeclampsia begins with how the placenta attached so I would have assumed I would start earlier, however my doctor said due to miscarriage she would prefer to wait. Just wondering if people waited until 8 weeks along and were still successful the second time around or if your doctor started you earlier. Thanks!

I started lovenox at eight weeks. Saw the MFM and had my script delivered the next day. Took my first injection that evening.

I was on LDA while TTC with DD and started Lovenox with her when I was 5 weeks. I just recently found out I am pregnant, like not even 4 weeks yet, and I have been on LDA and started Lovenox as soon as I got a positive pregnancy test. I have known clotting disorders so I think that is why my MFM wanted me to start so soon this time.

I started LDA as soon as my pregnancy was confirmed by the doctor (blood test). I am not on heparin/lovenox, as my doctor told me it should not be prescribed lightly/out of habit, just because I had PE before, as it is a potent drug that comes with its own set of side effects. I don't have any known clotting disorders;

I started lda with positive test, lovenox around 6-7 wks after they confirm heartbeat/viable pregnancy. (no known clotting disorder)
