chronic fatigue after having hellp syndrome

Hi there,

I had hellp syndrome after I had my son 28 months ago. Does anyone know of a connection between chronic fatigue and hellp? I have a number of the symptoms and although I was tired before hellp it sure seems a great deal worse now.
