*******We need volunteers in the following areas*******
Media* Chair plus 1-3 volunteers
Duties: Tv, newspaper, magazine, radio sponsorship
Securing write-ups in the papers (local areas/UT for example)
Submitting walk info to internet/online community event
calendars
Send thank you's

Sponsorship* Chair plus 1-10 volunteers
Duties: Put together a list of companies/businesses to call for
sponsorship/raffle donations
Make cold calls or appointments to solicit
donations/sponsorships


Stage 'Day Of' Crew* 4-5 volunteers
Duties: Day of preparation
Set up/take down of event
Post directional signs to walk area
Set up of tables/canopies/chairs/table cloths
Signage donation and set up
Set up of walk route
Coordinate speakers/music/any other form of entertainment
Registration Crew:
Collect new registrations, pledges and check in walkers
Bracelet sells
Thank you's to all donations/bag goodies
