Sports/Exercise: HIKING, dancing, kyacking, kick ball, climbing, repelling, spelunking (I'm not a big jogger) but open to new ideas
Free time: any time after 9 am on weekdays... preferably around the 6:30 ish pm mark and free all of saturday
Time frame: If gentle exercise: alllll day long if I break a sweat probably about1 hour.
Cool ideas: if we spend 2 or 3 hours exercising healthy snack afterwards or a healthy lunch?
