Winter meeting?

I'm going to Miami for a board of directors meeting for the Alpha-1 Association. My kids have the genetic disorder called Alpha-1. So, it will be nice weather, but I'll be doing a lot of work then, too.

I'll miss the kids and hubby.

When in Feb., I mean what day are you thinking of?
I just went back to the "day shift" this week.
My days off are Sun. & Tues. but I can work around Sat.'s & other days of the week. My work schedule is pretty flexible but I live & work in different cities & would need to know ahead of time whether to bring Wyatt.
Yep, I live about 30 minutes south of Madison & work on the Eastside.

So how about the second weekend of Feb? Sat 2/11 or Sun 2/12? Personally, either day should work for me.

I should be able to make it happen, just pick a day & I'll work around it (preferably though after noon).

Either day would work for me as long as I know before the middle of January (have to make sure to get the day off of work, which isn't hard) I am really looking forward to getting together again and meeting you Tina! Lets just pray that it doesn't snow and the roads are good for us that day

Welcome Jenny! I just shot you a welcome under roll call but saw you here too so I thought a double welcome was in order. I have only been to one meeting with Denise and Jen (jenchar) and let me tell you both ladies are wonderful! This next meeting I am looking forward to meeting Tina (teenster3) and now you!!! Wow, we are growing! That is so exciting.

Bumping this up for any votes on Feb 11 or 12. Either works for me. I want to get a date set and an email out this week.

Also, is everyone up for meeting at the mall? I know there is a mall near the TGIF's we met at last time, but don't know the name. You Madisonites need to help me out.

Alright, since my husband says I can never decide anything I am going to vote for Saturday. Any time and the mall sounds like a wonderful idea! I think it will be more laid back and really allow us a flexible atmosphere and places to actually meet.

Denise the mall is called East Towne Mall and I believe, and one of you more familiar Madison girls correct me if I am wrong, that if you take one or two of the next stop lights (after the one we took for TGIF) it will lead you pretty much into the parking lot. It is a huge mall and you can see the sign right from East Washington which is that main road we crossed to get to TGIF's.

I am REALLY excited about getting together and can't wait to you see you guys again (and meet the new girls)
