I can drive to either place. I would however prefer a time in the early afternoon if possible. That way I don't have leave incredibly early.

Denise, how long does it take you to drive to Madison? That way I can kind of judge how long it will take me to get closer to you

Alissa, I think it's about 1 1/2 hours for me. If we do it at my home, I'm pretty much right off the highway. There will be a bit of construction snafu when you'd leave, but I could help you through that.

I'm thinking that if we'd do it here, we could attempt a WI members scrapbook. What do you ladies think? We could each make a page (or two since we're a smaller group) and display it at the WAT and other events. I'd ask everyone to bring a couple photos and I've got pretty much everything else. Like the idea? I'd love to expand this to a national level at some point, wheter it would be a state book and/or a national book.

We, of course, need to discuss the brochures, WAT, and other fundraising ideas. Also, reaching out to our WI March of Dimes chapters.

Sounds like a great time! The scrapbook sounds great-what sort of pics are you thinking about? I was thinking of the march of dimes stuff to discuss for sure..great minds think alike! LOL Family and friends have been throwing fundraising ideas past me for a while now so it will be nice to get everyone elses input. I just need to write them down and not lose the paper. (I am so unorganized)

We are talking about maybe spending the night in Wausau so it isn't so much driving (hubby is very protective of me being on the road alone) and it gives us a mini-vacation of sorts. Looking forward to the meeting and seeing everyone again
