is there anymore side effects of hellp syndrome

hi i was wondering if and what more side effects of the hellp syndrome. i am a aneimia, i have kidney failure (80% gone), some liver failure, i have a mri test to be done today since my bp got so high. what other side effects goes along with this? i am having to change my life due to this and i am trying to get through my loss of our daughter also. almost too much for me. plz someone fill me in cause noone around here knows nothing about the syndrome.
