HELLP?

I am new to HELLP. I just discovered recently that I did have elevated enzymes, low platelets, and many of the symptoms of HELLP. I don't know if I had it or not since no one has ever mentioned it to me. Anyway, I was hoping you ladies might have some advice, hints, etc. or be able to tell me where to go to find info. I am so confused right now and don't even know where to begin. I thought I just had PE, then realized that my platelets had dropped to 128,000 at one point. So I am just checking into myself until I can't talk to a doc about it. TIA.
