Fatigue long after pregnancy?

Hello,
My daughter is 5 months old already after being born a little early due to HELLP. I am still exhausted and tired all the time. Baby has been sleeping through the night for quite a while, and so am I but every day I feel like I am dragging around. My thyroid is fine, nothing else unusual. Has anyone else had this?
