How long will enzymes stay elevated?

Hi. I recently had a c-section to deliver my son as soon as my doctor figured out that I had hellp syndrome. My son was born six weeks ago and all of my numbers seemed to be normalizing even up to three weeks ago. When I went back for my six weeks check-up today my enzymes are elevated higher than they were three weeks ago. How long was it before other mom's enzyme levels were completely back to normal? I'm really stressed out and scared about my enzyme levels increasing again! I would really feel better if I heard of others that this may have happened to and how long it took for you to get better.
