Looks like it helps in the blood coagulation cascade - Vitamin k dependent.

Do you have to have protein in you wee to have hellp?

No, you don't need protein in the urine to have HELLP. It is based on your blood tests. Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelets.

Let me see if I understand - it increases clotting? So for those of us that would be on lovenox during a pregnancy would that help?
