Can someone send me their letters or documents used to solicit sponsors and donations? I really agree with a previous statement that we all should be using the same formats and form letters. I am new at this sorta thing and never even participated in a walk or run.

Can we make some adjustments to the letter? I just think it would be helpful to have the letters be more specific to what we are what we are wanting them to donate or sponsor ex. food, water, money etc.

Hi Danielle,

I would recommend writing another letter from you personally with your request, and include our "official" letter stating what the event is about. That is what I do for other events I plan (outside of the PF).
