I am a Leader and Co-leader to Girl Scouts here in my state. I have contacted my local and community girl scouts to arrange for a possible "Community Service" badge for them to participate in our city's WAT. They can help in setting up, taking registrations, watching over the silent auction table, help tear down, run a kids table and etc.
It works out for them to have an opportunity to earn this for a year and it goes towards awards they can earn. You are going to find the girls to be very helpful. I recommend that if you need extra help, contact the girls in your area to help out with your WAT, just make sure to have parents present at the tables for girls under 16.
