I have a few meetings planned next with the the larger teaching hospitals out here and would like to bring a few walk a thon reg forms with me. Just wondering if these are in the works or when they will be avail?...
Updated to ask if anyone has a registration form from last year I will be more than happy to have a copy of it. This way I can get started making on for this area.
