Central list?

Is there one place that lists all of the walks and their locations and contact information? I wanted to create a blog post and figured I would put in all of the walks, but I don't have time to look through every post to figure out where each of them are and their information.

hopefully there is one already made up and I am just not seeing it.

yes, I had seen that. I was just hoping that there was a list already typed up that I could have just copied an pasted rather than doing each one individually. I will just post a link to this particular page though.
