Still looking for a site?
Consider local Elks, VFW, Mason and Lions Clubs. Many of these organizations love to help out and will rent their facilites for low or no cost to non-profits.

Many cities require a resident to rent facilites or they might have a higher rate for non-residents. Look for site where your memembers are so you can get them to help secure your site at a lower rate.

In-Kind Donations
You might not be able to get donations from your local supermarket. Don't stop there! Seek out the vendors in those stores like the Kraft/Nabisco rep. They are usually keeping an eye on the product and might be able to donate close to out of date product or product with a damaged box. The goodies inside are still good, but they can't keep them on the shelf and will trash them anyway.
