If we have corporate sponsors who would like more information prior to making a donation, who shall they contact (name/number/email)? Will any monetary donations be directed to the area in which we have the walk or to you?

Also if we can get:
t-shirts
ball caps
Do we want them?

Any corporate sponsors with questions can call me. The monetary donations can be sent directly to our office (address below) or you can collect them and send them to me bulk. But we need to know the contact information for each donor so we can send out tax receipts.

And YES, if we can get t-shirts, ball caps, etc., we'll take them!

In order for it to be tax deductible, the money needs to be sent to us and then we can cut a check for the permit. If the company doesn't care whether it is tax deductible, then you can pay it directly. But I would imagine they want it to be tax deductible.
