Stupid question...

What exactly is a "sponsors" responsibility? I just talked with my boss (I work at a large lawfirm) about sponsoring - and he asked me is it just making a donation, if so how much should he donate, what else is involved in being a "sponsor"? I said... "umm...." [:I]
What should I be telling people when I ask them to sponsor? I know - dumb question.....but i've never done this before!
Also - is there anyway for people to register online?

A sponsor can make a monetary donation or make a donation of water, food, give away freebies, hats, tshirts....etc. They can be added to your sponsor list on the registration form.

Hi Wendy,

I think Kris nailed it right on the head. If your boss wants to sponsor, he can have his firm's name and/or logo included on the registration materials. Some locations are going to have logos printed on the t-shirts, but that would need to be arranged by you or someone from your committee.
