Gloria, I usually never put any faith in advertised "success" rates. If the company that's selling the product is also "studying" it, it's probably not too accurate.
What you might want to do is find out what the ingredients are in it, and look them up separately-- "Mother's Milk" tea is mostly just fenugreek, and that's easy enough to look up-- but they make the money by making it seem that it's something fancy with packaging, advertisements, etc.
When I was ttc- I did use herbal supplements-- I can't remember what, though! False Unicorn Root (is that right?) and the GNC vitamin tablets. something else, too. Folate, I think. I can't remember. It didn't work though- it wasn't until my husband took a business trip to Vegas. When he got back... woo hoo!!
