Also, anyone know if we could possibly get the Renaissance to block off rooms at the discounted rate for Thursday night, too?

We'll have to come in Thursday to make it to the symposium Friday morning, but the room for Thursday will cost ~$80 more, then they're saying we'll have to move rooms to get the block rate for Friday/ Sat!

I will be arriving Thursday night and leaving Sunday. I plan on attending both the patient symposium and the gala.

Some updated info on hotels -- we've gotten our special rate ($229) extended at the Renaissance through tomorrow 10/9 and yes that rate will apply to the days before and after 10/24, but there are also rooms available for $189 at the Doubletree. There, you should ask for the NASSHP rate.

I am attending both the symposium and Saving Grace. I am arriving early afternoon on Friday and leaving mid-day Sunday. Can't wait to meet everyone - and see you gals again!
