stillborn at 27 weeks 0n 13th october 2003 @ 10.04pm due to severe PE and class 1 HELLP syndrome
weighed 1lb 7ozs and was 13 inches long, with dark hair like his dad!

Jake i miss you more each and every day, but i am thankful for the very short time we had together. you remain with me always.
