To better understand what we have experienced?

Might it be useful to have some basic information for us to better understand the emotions/the psychology behind what all of us here go through to one degree or another?

Whether we have experienced the loss of a baby, the loss of a sister/aunt/cousin/friend, or the loss of the dream we had for an uncomplicated pregnancy/delivery/postpartum time period/health of baby, might it be helpful to have some basic things posted? We seem to be a fairly aware and educated bunch...sometimes we need reminders (I surely do from time to time!).

For starters, things like these (I did a super quick search on the internet, so not necessarily these exact sites, but things like the info. contained within):

Sandy, that is great information thank you, the psychiatrist I see, puts alot of the lost dreams of a perfect happy pregnancy to my grieving process, which helps, so much has gone on since I had Shelby that I don't sometimes know where to begin, but reading about the different emotions helps thanks again
