Delivered at 26 weeks on 9/3/03 weighing 1 lbs 7oz
Fought a good fight for 5-1/2 months
Died 2/13/04 due to Chronic Lung Disease weighing 8 lbs

Seth blessed our lives and the lives of others more than we could ever have imagined. He fought for life with such determination and strength. He overcame obsticals the Doctors thought were impossible. He enjoyed life despite the needles and tubes. We love him and miss him!
