Cracker Barrell reservations?

I was just thinking, we will have 6 adults and 7 children![:0] DO they take reservations or call ahead? I dont want us to have to wait forever for a seat, KWIM?

Well just called and they don't take reservations AT ALL. (rolling eye smiley here) So I guess we'll just try it and see? What do ya'll think?

Well, I think I'm ok with going ahead and trying it. I don't know how big that location is, obviously, but ours here is pretty big and I don't think there's ever much of a wait time. Although, we might be taking up ALL of the available highchairs, lol! If you guys are not comfortable with the "try it and see" approach, then we can come up with an alternative idea. I'd like to think that at 9:30 in the morning it wouldn't be packed, but then again this is Saturday so people might be going for late breakfast/brunch, etc.

PS--Andrew is getting so excited. This morning, he said "today is Thursday. Only two more days to go!" and when I asked "two more days til what?" he said "until Saturday and we go to the museum!" LOL I was so proud of him!

Awww.that's so cute Jen. Hunter is big into days and he was telling us this morning "tomorrow is Friday the next day is Saturday and Saturday we go see those boys" LOL!! He's so funny! I'm fine for trying it and seeing as well. If the wait is ridiculous then we can always go somewhere else..granted we have no clue about Columbia so we'll be trusting you on that one. hehe

Uh oh....why me?? [:0] I'm no Columbia expert! Seriously, I'm sure we can find another place if needed, even though it might be more like fast food breakfast, if we're ok with that. I can mapquest the directions between the CB and museum, and then if we need to we can just start driving that route and see what we find. Hopefully, we won't need to do that, though. Andrew is already looking forward to bacon, sausage, eggs, etc that I've been describing!

Its fine with me too to go ahead and try it and just see what the wait is. It will probably be fine but I have had to wait at CB for a long time before. But lets just stick with the plan!
