I was in the shower and ideas started coming to mind (I do my best thinking in the shower). Maybe the American Baby Faire Show is a little big to start with. I want to go big and set big goals, but I also want to be realistic and successful. Alot of towns have a type of fair once a year where there are booths. What about starting there? I know my small town has one the second weekend of Sept. Maybe we could get a nurse to volunteer to do blood pressure readings. Also, my friends own a pool building company and they have these bottles of water made with their logo and info on the label. I can check with them to see where they get them and the cost. We could either sell those to make a little money or sell them at cost and spread the awareness somemore. Plus hand out brochures.

I would also like to get a PE shirt and on the back it says survivor.

Someone about running water makes the water in my brain run too...

The Denton Jazz Festival is a HUGE event every year in Denton. It is free to the public and the booths fees are reasonable (In my opinion).. I have access to a tent, table, chairs, all I would really need are signs and I have brochures coming (though I would need more). And I bet I could wrangle someone to do blood pressure checks if that is something that is acceptable.
