Lucy-
That is an incredible idea. These diapers aren't the really really small ones that my dd wore when she was 2#, but they work for 3-6#.
Lucy I am amazed at the stories that I hear about how hospitals treat people when they lose their baby. When my dd was in the nicu we lost two in her pod and they had a special bassinet, blankets, an angel room, etc. I hope in the future all angel babies and their parents are given the same care and respect that I witnessed. My heart goes out to you today on Sebanna's 9/mo b-day.

Just an idea (hope it doesnt offend anyone) but the hospital would probably take them for the tiny angel babies, I know they normally dont have any little ones to put on them when we lost our son (at 26 wks) the hospital didnt put a diaper on him and it made them seem uncaring I think it would have meant alot, and I know I plan on taking some to our local hospital for that reason, it would be worth a try.
Re : Preemie Diapers
you could also try the organization called newbornsinneed.com. They made my son's incubator blanket at St. Joseph's hospital in Phoenix. IF it's not newbornsinneed.com than it's .org
Good luck!!!

Re : Preemie Diapers
I only have about 30 preemie in the package, 76 up to 15# in the package and the rest are loose because I unwrapped them to put them in the changing table so I don't think they will take all of the loose diapers.
Re : Preemie Diapers
I bet one of the NICUs could take them. And maybe give them to a needy family. ?

Preemie Diapers
I have about 100 preemie Huggies that fit up to 6 pounds and a package of 76 that fit up to 15 pounds. My daughter was allergic to Huggies so I had to switch to Pampers. Preemie Huggies are much easier to find than Preemie Pamapers...I would be happy to drop them off anywhere is the East Valley - Chandler, Gilbert, etc. or they could be picked up, but hate to see them go to waste. Just drop me an email if you or anybody you know could use them.
