Hi! New member in Orlando

I posted an email on the Roll call forum because I noticed there has not been a lot of activity on the Florida forum. Hopefully we can change that! I would like to get more involved and I just found the website today. I had severe PRE-E at 26 weeks and was hospitalized until I delivered at 29 weeks. Kaiden weighed 2 lb 4 oz. He was in the NICU for 8 weeks and has been home for about 2 months. We are still adjusting, I think all of the alarms and wires really did a number on him! He is such a fighter that I can't help but be strong because of him. I am looking forward to speaking with some of you.

glad your son is okay. It must have been a stressful time for
you to be hospitalized but I'm sure your son is all well worth it!

We're doing ok in these parts! It's pretty "stinky" as my daughter would say. One of the fires is smoldering still about a mile from our house but we've had some rain over the last couple of days so hopefully for now the threat is over. Thanks so much for asking. Are you all doing ok?
