So glad the forums were able to keep you sane while on bedrest. We love hearing from our "lurkers" out there! I was actually a lurker for a couple of years before I posted! Sounds like things are going great for you. Enjoy that little one.

I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 30 weeks. Although it was a bit dicey at the end, I made it to 37 weeks on bedrest, almost all of it at home. My BP was hovering around 140s/90s after delivery. Two days after I had our daughter, my BP spiked and my liver function deteriorated. Fortunately, I reacted well to treatment and was able to go home after only a couple of extra days. Our little girl had jaundice and had to stay a bit longer under lights but was otherwise healthy. Hardest thing I have done was leaving her at the hospital :(

I just wanted to say thank you- these forums kept me sane while I was on bedrest and helped me cope with the anxiety about what was happening.

Our little girl is now almost two months old and they were able to wean me from meds this week. My BP at my last checkup yesterday (without meds)- 116/70!
