I'm not an admin, Denise, but I think you'd have to put the video on utube or some other video supported site and then copy and paste a link to that site here on the forums.

Hey Denise,

Kara is correct - you would have to upload the file to another site that supports video (YouTube is pretty user-friendly), and post the link to said site here.
