Strategy: time for a new strategy because I can not seem to get myself motivated!! I posted a weight loss challenge to all of my facebook friends and family (that live close by) We are each going to put $5 in and the person who loses the most weight at the end of the 12 weeks wins!! I plan to get up an hour earlier every day and doing my work - out in the morning. That seems to be the only time that I would even be able to get any time for myself!
I wish there was a way to keep it fair for everyone so that I could include my friends and family that don't live close by as well. Even though $5 isn't much when it comes to cash prizes I really want to make sure it is fair for everyone.
