I went to a Mom's group meeting today and the topic was physical fitness and nutrition. Just what I needed, especially since there was all kinds of terribly yummy, fattening food set out. I did "ok" with my choices, but they could have been better. Anyway, this woman has a website, so I'm going to check it out. I got motivated to move more. I would LOVE to be able to walk/jog with my digs every morning before DH leaves for work.....but he gets up SOOO darn early, and I have a sleep disorder, so it's even harder for me to roll out.
I always over commit and then fail. So I am going to commit to getting up early with the dogs Tuesday's and Thursday's. Wish me luck!
