It looks like my enthusiasm got ahead of my preparation for weight loss buddies. We are remodeling the bathroom, and I can't find my scale...
Current Weight: 164 at doctors office last week
Goal Weight: 140
Short Term Goal: 150 and able to run a 5K in HI, June 21
Strategy: Stay healthy enough to run/walk/ride, start pilates again, reduce snacking
Challenges: Currently have shingles which reduces my exercise tolerance, but it can't last forever.
